We had a ward talent show a few weeks ago and Mark thought putting a little Jazz Band together would be a great idea.  The quality of this video is far less than optimal - but it gives you an idea of how far Mark has come on his AWESOME HARMONICA!  This was actually a Stake performance and the intro Dave did here wasn't his usual spunky stuff - he was a little preoccupied with 3 patients waiting for him at the hospital.  We sure had a great time practicing for this.  It's a tad long, but kinda fun to watch.  (So long, that after waiting  3 hours for it to upload, I got "smawt" and posted a link to youtube!)

Love/Hate Relationship

The Deer.  We love them and they drive us crazy!!  Is there any wonder why we have a hard time with growing gardens and keeping flowers in bloom?  No kidding -  I had just uploaded these photos and the little stinkers were in the backyard!!  Liam would have loved that!  You can see how anxious we are for spring to come & STAY here.  We are in need of some serious green.  It won't be long now, cross your fingers.

Bee Update.  Three of the hives where hit with the pesky mites.  Their boxes are being sterilized as we speak.  In a few more weeks we will be ready for the new arrivals.  We are so excited that a few more friends and family are becoming Bee Keepers!!  Hurray for all of you! You will love it!

A Visit From Dani & Liam

We enjoyed a full week with two of our favorite people!  Danielle and little Liam.  What fun it was to have them here.  We are so proud of Dani & Brady in all they are doing.  Brady was stuck at home working feverishly (no pun intended!) on his Thesis. We missed him VERY much.  We were all thrilled that Liam really does know who we are and all of our names. :D He is at such a great age - but aren't all the ages and stages (for the most part) just terrific!!? Danielle is a wonderful mom.  Such a natural.  Thanks for sharing time with us....and making many great memoires to tide us over til the next time we can play!

Spring is in the Air

If only short lived, it is a breath of fresh air!  AND...Danielle and Liam are visiting us this week!  We have been loving every minute of it.  I can promise photos in the future, but right now we are having fun playing, chasing, giggling,  reading books, having pillow fights, looking for the kitties, playing at the park and eating ice cream!  We'll be back soon.
