This past week has been a wonderful week filled with family and special occasions. Emily performed with her Irish Dance Group Inishfre at Celtic Night at the Eccles Center this past weekend. She will also be on the road for for the next two weekends traveling to Idaho and Wyoming for performances there. It was such a treat to have both sets of grandparents as well as Davis and Janell down from Portland to share the night with her. As you can see in the pictures she is beautiful and we all loved watching her. She is very fortunate to be able to dance with this group as she is by far the youngest on stage. We are very proud of her! I am hoping to get some footage of her at the next performance so I can post her in action.
The following day our sweet little granddaughter Molly was given a name and blessing by her father. We had a house full of 24 after the meeting and enjoyed a lovely lunch and visiting together with the Firth & Christensen sides. Families are the best! We are certainly connected to some very special people.
Lindsey smocked the beautiful little blessing dress and did a wonderful job with it.
Molly looked like a little princess! She was so worn out from the busy weekend and all the lovin' she got that she slept a good portion of the day.
