Spring is finally bursting forth in our beautiful little valley.
We are happy that all three of our hives survived the winter!
These little crocus are the first blooms in our yard with the
daffodils ready to pop very soon. Love the springtime!
Meet Harley.
He is staying with us for awhile while his peeps are enjoying a wonderful cruise. He is a cute little fellow and minds his manners very well. He loves to go out for walks and explore our neighborhood.
It makes us laugh how he, being so tiny, gets us jogging to keep up with him! The pup can run!
Camber ventured off to Moab yesterday after school with two friends. Spring break! Yippeeee!
Time to soak in some sun and do a little hiking and biking on the red rock.
Tonight I recieved a text from her while Mark & I were enjoying a tasty date at the Pita Pit.
Camber: Bad news. I think I may have broken my ankle today. It's really swollen and really sore. Should I go to the hospital?
Me: Mark, you better give her a call. Maybe she can wait til morning and we won't have the ER bill.
Mark: Hey Camber, what's up? How did it happen? Where is it swollen?
Camber: I twisted it and it's the outside that is really swollen.
Mark: The outside? Well, you probably don't need to rush off to the ER then...
Camber: Well duh, Dad - it's April 1st!!
Little stinker. She had her dad going. She just wanted to remind us that it was
April 1st when she had her big knee surgery 3 years ago.
We are grateful she is able to hike and bike around.
