Ghost Walk in Vienna

Papa is a funny guy!

As we walked down this alley you would expect to find Gepetto's workshop around the corner - but instead we found this beautiful little restaurant.  Oh to come back one day have dinner here :)
It was simply charming.

Dean's ghost walk was a blast!  He does these for guests of the Embassy. He had 90 minutes of historical (and maybe a little of his own twist of interesting stories of happenings in many locations around the city.  From the demise of a murderer to ghostly appearances in Cathedreals and homes as well as the first report of a vampire in Europe
 .... spooky ....

The window displays are so beautiful.
We enjoyed them as we traveled the 8 blocks
with Dean and his enterage.

Dean is a very gifted story teller.

We all enjoyed every story.  Sasha loved sitting on Mom's lap as we listened.

 Another window display.

The city is beautiful at night.
Dean took us to a really awesome restaurant in a 400 year old cellar.
The ambiance was incredible.  The food was really wonderful.

We tried a few appetizers - one a bacon wrapped cheese stick and another was a potato and pumpkin fritter. And then we had to try an authentic Apple Strudel (ok and a Sweet Cheese Strudel as well).
Enjoying there time together.

You'll have to do a ghost walk re-telling when you guys get here! Your photos are great and I can't wait to hear all the stories.

Love you
Dani
